Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Your package will be shipped via the method you select during the checkout process. Shipping to a different address other than the billing address is possible during the checkout process. Mass-Flo EFI, Inc,will not alter a shipping method or address once the order is submitted. Mass-Flo EFI, Inc, does not email tracking numbers at the time of the order or via the phone. If you need a tracking number please go to the contact us page and fill out the form. If your package is lost or damaged you must open a claim with the carrier of choice.

International Shipping Customers - Mass-Flo EFI, Inc, is an American owned and operated company and all products sold are manufactured in the United States of America. If your local government collects duties, taxes or any other fees you are liable for all fees associated with your order. Mass-Flo EFI, Inc, will not intervene or falsify any information required by your Government.

Returns:
ALL returns must have prior written approval and be accompanied by an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. Items must be returned for refund or exchange within three (3) business days from the order date. Lack of hood clearance is not justification for a return. Items must be returned in new condition in their original and un-opened packaging. No items will be accepted for return once they have been installed. No returns accepted on electrical/electronic components. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. No refunds given for shipping under any circumstances.
